Can I choose the exact garments in an online wholesale box?

Our wholesale boxes are bulk orders containing a mix of sizes, colours and styles within your chosen category. That variety is part of what makes vintage special: each assortment brings different pieces to discover and offer your customers, rather than multiple copies of the same item.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are generally dispatched the same or next working day. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves our warehouse; delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier.

Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders within Europe arrive in approximately 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

How much does shipping cost, and which countries do you ship to?

Vintage Suppliers 1989 ships vintage wholesale clothing throughout most of Europe and to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs depend on your destination and order size. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and costs before paying. Eligible online orders over €500 qualify for free shipping within the EU.

For larger wholesale orders or destinations not available at checkout, contact our team with your location and the stock you would like to purchase. We can check freight options and provide a shipping quote. Worldwide delivery may be available upon request.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For orders shipped from our Netherlands warehouse to destinations within the EU, no customs import duties apply. Any VAT charged on your order is displayed at checkout before payment.

For UK orders, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the checkout total, so you will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

For other destinations outside the EU, including Switzerland and Norway, local import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees may apply unless expressly included in your shipping quote. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities.
