Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?

Yes! To maintain the wholesale nature of our business, we ask clients to purchase a minimum of €300 (excluding VAT) worth of clothing per person. This helps us ensure that the service remains exclusive to wholesale buyers and prevents private customers from purchasing only a few pieces.

Is there a time limit on your handpicking area?

You’re welcome to spend the entire day (or multiple days) exploring our warehouse for the best finds— just keep in mind we usually close around 5:00 PM.

What types of categories do you offer?

We have more then 150 unique categories ranging from Ralph Lauren, Nike, Patagonia, Levi's, Tommy Hillfiger, Adidas, Levis and many more. Check our catalog for more information on pricing and availability.

Can I schedule an online handpicking session?

We understand that many of our international clients are unable to visit us in person. That’s why we offer the option to book a personalized handpick session via video call.

During the sessions, you have the opportunity to select your favorite products just as you would in a physical handpick. Choose the sizes, colors, and styles that suit your needs.

Do you provide washing services for the collected items?

Yes! However, washing is not included as some clients prefer to handle it themselves. If you’re interested in our professional washing service, let us know! We can arrange to ship the cleaned items to you or have them ready for pick-up at a later date.
