Here's how we grade
Our vintage family takes great pride in our grading expertise! While we strive to grade your order as accurately as possible, please note that due to the nature of vintage items, there may be a 10-15% margin of error in the grading.
What does it mean?
Grade A
Grade A items represent the highest quality we offer. Each piece is carefully inspected and selected for its overall condition and presentation.
Please note that these garments are vintage, not new. Minor signs of wear—including light discoloration, small marks, pinholes, missing pull tabs, fading, peeling, or other age-related characteristics—may still be present and are considered acceptable within Grade A standards.
Workwear garments and brands may display slightly more signs of wear due to their original purpose and use.
Signs of wear that do not materially affect the external appearance of an item are classified as Grade A.
Our Grade A stock offers an excellent balance of quality, authenticity, and value, making it a popular choice for vintage retailers and resellers.
What does it mean?
Grade B
Grade B items may show visible signs of wear, such as fading, stains, damages or fabric pilling. They are priced more affordably because they require some care beyond just a wash and tumble. These boxes typically contain items that, with some care, can often be brought back to life and enjoy a second chance, though results can vary from piece to piece.
A grade with lots of potential!
What does it mean?
Grade C
Grade C pieces have noticeable stains, holes, or other imperfections that are harder to repair than Grade B items. These garments are usually excluded from our regular selection but may occasionally be included in Grade B/C orders. The distinction between Grade B and C varies by category—for example, jackets typically show more signs of wear than t-shirts or sweatshirts.
